1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, purchasing our software solutions, enrolling in our training courses, or utilizing any of our designated digital firm services, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms stipulate the legally binding conditions surrounding your engagement with E-Solution (often referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our platforms, software products, and learning resources entirely.

2. Digital Services & Obligations

E-Solution specializes in robust custom software development, mobile application deployment, and highly intensive student training workshops oriented around IT skill improvement. When engaging us for freelance work, enterprise digital scaling, or web development, exact parameters will be bounded by a specific, signed "Statement of Work" agreement prior to initiation.

We obligate ourselves to deliver code and deliverables as legally defined in our milestone drafts. Clients are expected to provide necessary feedback, branding assets, and testing resources within agreed windows. Deadlines and expected turnarounds depend on client fidelity; delays resulting from late assets directly push back final launch timelines.

3. Course Enrollments & Refunds

For students enrolling in our physical or virtual training programs (such as AI Web Development, Python, CCNA, or WordPress), seats are strictly limited and curated to allow high interactivity with our instructors. Enrollment fees are considered an investment in resources, syllabus structuring, and live-tutor hours.

If a student simply drops off or fails to engage in assigned mentorship exercises willfully, refund clauses are voided. 4. Intellectual Property Rights

All pre-existing E-Solution frameworks, internal code snippets, UI kit assets, and training syllabus PDF documents explicitly remain the intellectual property of E-Solution Software Company Hubli. Client-specific custom solutions—once handed over and paid for in total—transfer their designated software IP to the client. However, E-Solution retains the right to display non-sensitive visual deliverables and basic project overviews within our digital portfolio, marketing channels, and client carousel lists unless an explicit Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been negotiated in advance.

5. Governing Law

E-Solution operates out of Hubli, Karnataka, India. As such, these Terms of Service—as well as any claims, disputes, or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from our software agreements, website usage, or training clauses—shall be strictly governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any litigation must occur within the designated jurisdiction of the courts of Hubli Dharwad, Karnataka. By using our services, you consent to this jurisdictional bounding.
